Encrypted in this browser
Send a secret that opens once.
Your message and files are encrypted in this browser before they’re sent. The server only ever stores an encrypted copy it can’t read. The link works one time, then everything is deleted.
What happens next
- SealedEncrypted here. The server never gets the key.
- WaitingUntil it’s opened or it expires.
- Opened onceThe first person with the link sees it.
- GoneDeleted from the server for good.
Sealed in this browser
Your link is ready.
Send it through any channel you trust. It opens once.
The key is the part after #. It stays in the link and is never sent to the server, so anyone holding the full link can open it. Don’t post it anywhere public.
Passphrase protected. The recipient will need the passphrase you set, and Gone can’t recover it. Send it to them separately.
Manage this secret (for you only)
A private link for you to check whether the secret has been opened, or to delete it early. Keep it to yourself; it isn’t shown again, and anyone holding it can delete the secret.
